Equitable Leadership Table Program Overview

You're Invited to Claim Your Seat At The Equitable Leadership Table

Program Details:

​

>Duration: A transformative four-month journey. May 14, 2024 to August 30, 2024. No live sessions in July.

​

>Meeting Schedule: Live sessions on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 10 am to 11:30am Pacific Standard Time (PST). 

​

>Hybrid Program: Semi-monthly sessions take place virtually. An in-person mastermind gathering will be held in Venice Beach, CA in September 2024, exact date TBD. 

​

>Learning Format: Group coaching video calls, live virtual training and strategy sessions, and self-paced training videos and e-courses.

PROGRAM SCHEDULE AND MODULES

  • What is included each month?
    In the DEI Dinner Party: General Admission, each month members will have access to: 22 pre-recorded training replays The Pantry, our resource library with tools, templates, and other resources Access to an inclusive online community hosted on Circle. In the All Access Membership, each month members will have access to: Two live learning & coaching video calls with replay access Ask coaches questions and get support on Circle, our membership portal 22 pre-recorded training replays The Pantry, our resource library with tools, templates, and other resources Access to an inclusive online community hosted on Circle.
  • Is there an actual Dinner Party?
    The Dinner Party is a metaphor that our creator established for the natural way that we inherently know how to care for others. There are no dinner parties included in your membership, however, we are cooking up plans to host some special ticketed events, so stay tuned!
  • Do you have Sponsorship/Fund Request Letter?
    We have a letter that you can use to ask your employer to pay your membership fees as an investment in your professional development. Feel free to use this template to ask your employer for professional development funds
  • Is there a discount if more than one person for my organization wants to join?
    We're happy to discuss this with you. Send us an email at hello@wilson-and-associates. com and let's see what's possible.
  • Is the only membership option an 6-month membership? Do we have to stay for 6 months?
    The minimum membership option is 6-months because we believe a 6-month membership commitment is the minimum required to see shifts in your confidence, skills, and habits as a leader and transformational DEI practitioner. We also offer discounts to members who join at the annual level and pay-in-full.
  • What if I want to terminate my membership?
    You can end your membership after your 6-month or 12-month term is completed, per your membership agreement(the terms and conditions). https://www.wilson-and-associates.com/members-tc If you joined at the 6 month level, and at month 3 you decided you wanted to terminate your membership, you are still financially responsible for your remaining 3 months and we do not provide refunds. And, you can renew your membership at anytime.
  • Is one-on-one coaching with Chrysta included?
    You will have several opportunities during the monthly hot seat coaching sessions, office hours, and live learning calls to meet with Chrysta. Private 1-on-1 coaching or DEI Consulting is not included in your membership fees, but you can purchase it as an add-on with a discount if you like, Don’t forget the beauty of the membership is the wisdom that exists among your peers!
  • Can we work with Chrysta outside of the DEI membership? How can we hire Wilson and Associates?

    You, as an individual member, will have unlimited non-commercial access to all of the worksheets, templates, webinars, mini-courses, and content that exists and is added to the Pantry as long as you are a paid member of the DEI Dinner Party. As soon as your membership expires, you will lose access to the membership portal, community, membership directory, materials, and resources provided inside.
  • Can Someone Else Pay My Membership Fees?
    Yes. They can purchase online with their credit card on your behalf, and then send us an email with your (the member's) name and email address.

Chrysta Wilson, MPA, PCC, is your host for this transformational program.

Chrysta is an ICF-certified coach, a DEI and Leadership Development Expert, and the founder and CEO of Wilson and Associates Coaching and Consulting, LLC, a 16-year-old agency supporting DEI & Culture Change efforts for organizations that include the National Skills Coalition, Sierra Club, Liberty Hill Foundation, County of Los Angeles, City of Long Beach, and more.

She brings 20+ years of Organizational Development and Justice-based consulting experience for nonprofit organizations, foundations, government agencies, and ethical corporations.

Chrysta created the DEI Dinner Party & The Equitable Leadership Table to provide a space where DEI, racial justice, and organizational development leaders can come together to build the skills, practices, and relationships that transform how they lead, in order to transform their organizations.
