You believe in creating better workplace cultures where staff feel supported, heard, and valued.

But you know what creating a company culture where this is every employee's experience is going to require some changes.

The question becomes:

where and how do you begin?

Shifting workplace culture and weaving DEI into the DNA of your company requires us to navigate highly complex cultural and systemic issues within the organization.

It also takes grit. (Not grits, but DO we love grits!)

Not to mention,  it asks us to illuminate harm that may be present.

This takes a special set of skills across many disciplines, such as change management, DEI, anti-oppression, coaching, conflict navigation, strategic planning, organizational psychology, and more.

And, to build these skills, you're going to need support, access to experts, the right tools, mentorship and guidance, as well as a your community of peers who can give you feedback on your next big idea and celebrate your breakthroughs.

That's Why You're Invited To The DEI Dinner Party!

The DEI Dinner Party is a membership-based learning and coaching program for leaders committed to building more equitable and inclusive workplaces.

The DEI Dinner Party is the brainchild of a Wilson and Associates Coaching and Consulting, an Organizational Development and DEI Consulting firm who, after decades of support equity and inclusion efforts across industries, recognized a need and a desire for leaders to connect, access training, think about DEI & Culture change different, and cross-pollinate the best practices across sectors.  And so she created it.

The DEI Dinner Party is, at it's core,  a sort of one-stop-shop for training, resources, templates, and a virtual network of leaders like you.

Consider this your invitation into a safe, judgement-free space, to build your skills, expand your network, get support, and navigate the complexities of your organization so that an equitable and inclusive company culture becomes more than a dream.

The DEI Dinner Party is for you if any of these ring true:

  1. You are the one tasked with holding space for others, but need someone to hold space for & support you.

  2. You are the “lone ranger” in charge of DEI, People, and/or Culture at your org, and that isolation has you craving connection with thought partners.

  3. Your organization has a DEI or Learning and Development strategy for itself, but there isn’t a dedicated plan to invest in you as a leader of this work.

  4. You are tasked with being “the expert” on all things DEI, but sometimes you feel like you’re not sure you’re doing it right.

  5. You are a leader who wants to build your skills to manage others with emotional intelligence, wield power differently, & lead more inclusively.

  6. You want access to a coach who can help you forecast challenges and develop strategies to overcome any that emerge.

Why Choose DEI Dinner Party?
